After purchasing Lupita Pro, you'll receive a license key via email. Launch the app, go to Settings → License, and enter your key. The app will verify and activate your Pro features.
Lupita requires macOS 15.0 (Sequoia) or later. The app supports both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs. For temperature monitoring (Pro only), your Mac must have accessible temperature sensors.
Yes! Your Lupita Pro license can be used on all Macs that you own and use personally. The license is tied to your email address, not a specific device.

For Mac App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple through your purchase history. For direct Pro purchases, contact support@lupita-pro.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
The Mac App Store edition ($9.99) includes core monitoring features and is sandboxed for security. Pro edition ($19.99) adds temperature monitoring, extended history, power metrics, custom themes, and direct updates.
Yes! Lupita is fully optimized for Apple Silicon and runs natively on M1, M2, M3, and M4 Macs. It also supports Intel-based Macs.
Mac App Store edition receives automatic updates through the App Store. Pro edition uses Sparkle framework for direct updates - the app will notify you when updates are available.
